RDB is proud to announce its newest members from around the globe. Building brands that do better requires not only great talent but even greater heart. From San Francisco, through Singapore, and to Manila, RDB’s Sherwood Forest welcomes new additions to its band of merry people with great excitement to help navigate the next phase of the new normal.
Sherman Tan joins RDB APAC’s leadership team as our newest regional partner in Singapore and point-man in Indochina. An entrepreneur, technologist, and self-proclaimed lifelong learner, he is a seasoned veteran of traditional media sales and sports marketing with over three decades of experience under his belt. He is also a managing partner at a digital sports solutions startup, developing sim racing esports initiatives. He is thrilled to be starting a new journey into the world of digital marketing and advertising with RDB, leading the front in Sustainability Communications in Southeast Asia.
Anna Kubala joins our Vienna office as the newest Sr. Art Director. Born in Vienna, she has been in advertising for 13 years and has worked for several big brands. She has a lot of experience in direct marketing, employee campaigns, promotions, B2B & B2C) and cross-country campaigns. But as a Sr. Art Director, her strengths lie in the development & implementation of 360 degree campaigns. In the last four years, she has deepened her expertise in social media campaigns and is determined to continue doing so. She is excited to be part of the RDB family and thrilled to take on new challenges.
Elisabeth “Lilly” Lex, a native of Styria, joins our creative team remotely from Graz, as a German & English copywriter.
After working abroad, she returned to Austria to pursue her career in marketing closer to home. Coming from an extensive UI Design background and eventually finding her passion for copywriting, she has unique insights on what it takes to design the perfect customer journey, not only visually, but also textually.
Pauline Cayzac, a native of Lyon, France, joins our Account Management team as a young manager in training.
She just recently finished her Masters in Sustainable Business Development & Marketing from Kedge Business School and continues her career journey with RDB, for the next months.
Stephen Yugoff joins RDB North America with a great wealth of experience as a creative leader who has had his hand in transforming some of the biggest household brands around the world.
A native of San Francisco, Stephen is an accomplished tech-savvy creative executive with wide-ranging experience in multichannel advertising, omni-channel marketing, brand strategy, product development, information architecture, and user centric design principles.
With his creative leadership, Stephen will work closely with Michael Fenech (Managing Director) in optimizing RDB’s presence stateside.
He is an accomplished professional but also a father and a fine artist with a degree from L’Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze.
Sasha Lipman joins RDB’s Vienna office as its newest Account Manager.
As a young global citizen born in the Ukraine, Sasha already brings 7 years of experience in project, program, event, and innovation management to the team – most recently in growth hacking, before co-founding her own global impact tech hub.
Her experience as a professional and a youth leader managing large groups and teams should prove to be a valuable asset. She will be working closely with newly appointed Account Director, Paula Horwatitsch Cunha, in liaising with clients in the US market.
Sasha is a self-proclaimed doer who loves to get things done and a student of languages with a degree in Japanology and Literature.
Allen Noche joins RDB APAC as its newest Creative Director with almost two decades of Advertising and Design background in multinational Advertising Agencies & Design Studios.
His creative leadership has seen the conceptualization and realization of numerous campaigns for renowned national and international brands. A well-seasoned adman, Allen’s strengths are in all things Graphic Design, Above The Line & Below The Line Advertising, Branding, Corporate Identity, and Social Media. He even dabbles in sound and music composition.
Allen will be complimenting Executive Creative Director, Ryan Giron, in leading the growing team into creative excellence and championing RDB’s values in building brands that do better, one design at a time.
Alieza Despojo joins RDB APAC as its newest Account Manager, and works closely with Client Service Director, Jemelle Conde, in servicing our growing list of clients in the Asia Pacific region.
She has spent the last six years honing her skills and experience in client service management in both digital media and film production or as she proudly puts it “mastering the nuances of providing an excellent client experience.”
Alieza’s career in film and digital media production allowed her to nurture invaluable relationships with some of the most recognizable household brands in the Philippines with multiple TV and online ad projects under her belt.
Carl Kein Valencia joined RDB APAC remotely from Cebu in a freelance capacity to strengthen the team in Manila and has grown into a valuable creative resource ever since.
An animation designer and former student of RDB’s very own APAC Manager, Patricia Mendoza, Carl’s designs and creations have garnered both local and international recognition through the years, namely the Philippines and Australia.
His notable works include the short film Brush of Life, starring Johnny Sniper and Chong Lim Suezo, aired in Sydney, Australia; three webtoon series titled I’m in love with, Frouratiria, and Hiring Gamer; and a short animated film Ika, to be released at Sundance Festival in 2022. Carl is also an entrepreneur and co-founder of his own animation studio – Kozcus Studio.
Kara Divinagracia joined RDB APAC as a Researcher and one of the young talents remotely providing crucial assistance to multiple projects in the Asia Pacific region from Cebu.
Kara graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of the Philippines, Cebu. She believes her knowledge in business and experience of working while pursuing her studies has prepared her for managing multiple projects at once.
She is confident in her ability to adjust to difficult situations with the willingness and eagerness to learn more.
Andrea Gamallo is part of RDB’s tradition of training young talent through an internship program. She joins RDB APAC’s design team under the supervision of Executive Creative Director, Ryan Giron.
She is an art student with a passion for marketing, graphic design, event organizing, and photography. She is finishing her BFA, majoring in Advertising Arts in the University of San Carlos.
Andi is keen on learning new things and meeting different people as she strives to constantly improve on her skills. In her spare time, she enjoys baking as a form of relaxation. She believes that a positive mindset can bring positive things.
Tryzha Dalanon joins the growing list of young talents at RDB APAC. As an intern in a nimble team, she’s been able to take a deep dive into multiple projects immediately, under the guidance and supervision of APAC’s Executive Creative Director, Ryan Giron.
A copywriter in training, with a passion for literature and the arts, she is currently doing her AB Major in Filmmaking at the De La Salle, College of Saint Benilde.
She’s a proud feminist who deeply cares about political and social issues. Tryzha believes “to be great, one must learn how to fail.”
