Phase I consists of a preliminary questionnaire with a number of compulsory discriminatory questions and reference portfolio submission. Please submit your application answers in English.
Pre-selected applicants will be invited to submit this part of the application.
Phase II of the application consists of two parts:
Video about your motivation All applicants are invited to shoot and upload a short video (ideally 1 min, no more than 2min) where they express their motivation to join RDB. The video can be shot in a very informal way, with cell phones, laptop or any other video-recording device.
RDB Challenge In the second part of this phase of the application the applicants will be getting an RDB Challenge, which would be a brief taken from RDB daily business to be responded within 72h.
Personality test Applicants will receive an online personality test which results should be submitted in this phase. Further instructions will be provided to the selected candidates.
The selected applicants from Phase II will be invited to an interview.
The interview will last about 30 minutes and it will be the opportunity for the applicant to dialogue with a selection panel.
The selected applicants from Phase III will be invited to an interview with the RDB Management team.
